Inspired by the Great Bear Rainforest, as it is one of the most sacred and largest coastal temperate rainforest left on Earth. Stretching more then 64,000 square km from Vancouver Island, British Columbia, to Alaska, it’s a region so rich, it is so dense and untouched. For many thousands of years, it was known only to the Indigenous people who made their homes there — a population that today, consists of 26 distinct First Nations communities that are the guardians. Their wisdom, cultural and spiritual ties to the land reach back into time immemorial. An amazing group of wisdom keepers, investors, scientists and activists have supported the ongoing conservation efforts and we all hold sacred the wild animals and the earth-keepers who are teaching us essential climate resilience lessons.
